When you submit our contact form, call or text us, book a program, or email us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, mailing address, information about your dog (name, breed, age, health and vaccination records, training history), and any other details you choose to share.

SMS / Text Messaging Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that provide support services, such as customer service or our messaging platform provider, is permitted solely to operate our messaging program on our behalf.

All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Phone numbers and SMS consent collected by One Shot Retrievers LLC are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Consent to receive text messages from us is collected separately from any other agreement, is optional, and is never a condition of purchasing our services.

Opting out of marketing messages does not stop transactional messages related to a booking you have made, such as appointment confirmations.
